Have I mentioned that Autumn inspires me? With the shorter days and crisp Fall nights, it's important to keep our skin moisturized. Last weekend, I was in Steamboat Springs, CO at the Strawberry Hot Springs with a full moon and a sky full of stars. The hot mineral pools left my skin feeling so soft. It surprises most people to learn that I used to be a smoker back in my 20's and early 30's. Since quitting, not only did it open up a whole new world of activities and lifestyle, but I also got interested in skin care. Nothing is worse for your skin that smoking. I can look back at old pictures and see the sallowness of my skin when I smoked. I actually look younger now than when I smoked.
