The Land of Enchantment - a weekend picture book
Hello, and welcome to a weekend of enchantment in the Land of Enchantment - New Mexico, USA... I decided to take a little weekend car camping road trip south of Colorado and into the Land of Enchantment...call it Kimmie's Spring Break. However, I would wait far into April before venturing into car camping in New Mexico (brrrrr - with my beanie, fleece, and layers of down and yummy blankets. My nose was so cold. I started my journey in Downtown Sante Fe...it was a literal ghost town. Mixed with the COVID-19 restrictions, the Capitol was blocked off by armed guards all through downtown. But, look at the architectural vibe...I dig it. Adobe style... Oh look at me Geo cashing in on the "Oldest Church in America." Cha-ching! A nice treasure tucked in downtown Sante Fe is this gem: Conveniently located a few blocks away...Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. She's the artist who turned flower paintings into $...
